Leaving vodafone minimum tariff issue

Rang today to look at leaving and wanted to lower my plan to the minimum so i didn't have to pay the full amount off in one go.

I was told that its company policy to only lower the plan by £5 per month.

Is this the case

    yep they tell you that when you tak out contract

    Yup. And if it was T-Mobile, they wouldn;t let you change at all until renewal. That's the joys of a contract phone. They have you by the short and curlies because they make the rules, and you agree to them.
