Microwave or electric Steriliser?
Comments

i recommend the microwave tommee tippee one, i've used it both as steam and cold water. cold water is definitely more MSE - you can make up the fluid to last 24 hours, after each feed the bottle gets washed, goes in and then i empty it in the morning, make up the feeds for the day (terrible mother that i am!!) then the bottles go in the fridge and the cycle begins again so no extra electricity involved
and you can get a huge bottle of milton in poundland, which i havent got through half of in the 3 weeks i've been using it yet, bargain!

Hi madwoman,
The real MSE choice would be to fully breastfeed your baby - there are so many advantages to doing this. Have you considered it? There are lots of fantastic people on these boards who can tell you all you need to know.
I'm breastfeeding and still use a steriliser for dummies, breast pump, medicine syringe and bottles for expressed breast milk.
