Nanjo - that's the catch! No-one on this board seems to have dealt with the firm and I can't find any reviews on their service - either good or bad. I am tempted by the deal but don't like to be the first to test them out (can't afford it!)."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0

Same for me. I have been monitoring the M.O. for a while now, their deals seem to be very good and I have had a very useful conversation with their C.S. that has made me more confident about them. They have cropped up in numerous threads - no bad news that I can find.
There have been a couple of postings over recent days discussing the problems of getting cash back from these deals. These have involved E2save and other members of the CPW group, amongst others. Even when companies have had a good record in the past, you can get a change of policy and end up with a duff deal. The M.O. have a cash back practice that is not clear and does leave an element of doubt about their proceedure. This could lead to them wriggling out of their committment. I have sent an email to their C.S. dept today asking for clarification of their terms. If I get a useful written reply I will be tempted to gamble. However, one has to be prudent and I guess it's down to "if it's too good to be true, then it probably is".0 -
Following on from my posting above, I have had the following message back from The Mobile Outlet C.S. dept re. hidden charges, their cash back proceedure and number porting. Looks like I will be taking a gamble & going for the deal.
Hi, I hope this helps.
Yes the £5 of video content is included in the deal, thus it is free.
There are no hidden charges, you will be billed £17.50 for the first 3 months and £35 per months after that.
The 11th and 12th bills are to be sent separately but that is the way to make your second claim.
It is not possible to port you existing 3 number back to 3. you can only port your number to a Tmobile or a orange contract.
Kind Regards

You're welcome. Since I posted todays message I have been back to Micoline, my existing provider and discussed the M O offer with them. They were pretty dismissive about the offer and said that it was not possible to make any money through that type of deal - not an unexpected response! However, they did make one valid comment. They have been in business since 1995 and they have never heard of M O until I asked them to look at the website today. A bit worrying!0
