Why not carry a trumpet? You can blast at the bad drivers and give a little pleasant toot to the good and courteous ones. I'm sure that they would appreciate it.

Cool lol. Better still use one of the loudest horns available, a stebel nautilus Picked one up from Halfords for a fiver as they were clearing them out (full size version, not the compact one they sell at £30 now). Unfortunately not installed it yet.

Only problem I see is you may be pulled over for inappropriate use of horn which is an offence, while they drive off into the sunset continuing their conversation.
