Awesome, my mum's getting the internet!!! :j :j :j
She's been thinking about it for a while but couldn't see any benefit. However, she was going to pay nearly £300 for her car insurance and had already paid about £300 for home insurance on her husband's late fathers now unoccupied house. After discovering (via me and this site) that she could get both car and home insurance for a mere £300, she's starting to come around to my way of thinking.
So she's calling the home insurance people on Mon and cancelling the policy and calling the car insurance people tomorrow and taking out the policy. And she's talking to her husband now about the internet. Methinks we'll have a new MSE some time soon.
