Fridge bottom soup is another alternative.

Buffy, rather than a book, why not do it on a sheet of paper and stick it to the freezers. Big hugs for you :grouphug:
If you knew what was in the freezers, you could suggest a meal the night before, so stuff could be defrosted

Yes Beanie that is a good idea it does n't matter really. Its just cos I feel all pathetic hate being ill. I think I shall get a hot water bottle some beechams and some warm socks.
