Buffy, could you do an inventory list of whats in the cupbaords (with dates) and then challenge Mum to use it all before buying again. I am sure using the old style thread you can make a far few lovely meals.

Yeah. I bought her the book - the yellow one. She lost it - the book I mean. she thinks its all silly. I know I am better off living here I just can't bear to see every thing be wasted.

I just feel ill and I am tired of it all.
    Nevertheless she persisted.

    Fridge debris soup?????

    EWWWWWW!!!!!!! :rotfl:

Is that the nicest name they could come up with for it!!!

Fridge bottom soup is another alternative. :D

Buffy, rather than a book, why not do it on a sheet of paper and stick it to the freezers. Big hugs for you :grouphug:
If you knew what was in the freezers, you could suggest a meal the night before, so stuff could be defrosted ;)

Just had the obligatory 4.30am drunken phone call from Asia..by chance he stumbled across the Singapore branch of the Liverpool supporters club in a bar watching the game...apparently it all went a little hazy after that.....
