By transferring your sim, do you mean you put the old o2 sim into your new PAYG? I think sometimes the free texts can appear on your account in about 24/48hrs.suzanne wrote:Hi all,

Either way you should ring CS to tell them about it. Sometimes it can be a system error and some members have posted about this similar situation on here before.
