    They were mate, Lowell, thus the thread became private. So then only guests that Dave invited could see what was being said and Lowell again quoted something so they may have even contributed to the fund to sue themselves - LOL - you gotta laugh, you wouldn't believe them cowboys! :beer:

    Lowell and the judge wanted the thread removing, you cannot post stuff on a forum, in an ongoing case! Apparently!

    He's already won the first bit, the court are very angry with the tactics used by Lowell.... anyway, enough about this until AFTER the case concludes. I'd hate to jeapordise anything....
