Hello All,

Just discovered there is a sample sale at the Austin Reed warehouse this weekend, it's on Station Road, Thirsk, YO7 1QH. There is also a permanent outlet store on the same site. They also carry some stock from a couple of other brands e.g. Country Casuals.

Just to add to the comments about the Tulchan factory shop above, (Bridge Mill, Cowan Bridge, LA6 2HS). Some of you may recall it as the Jumper factory outlet and the Tulchan stock is similar.

I was passing today and they have a big sale on, lots of stuff heavily reduced. Mostly bright colours when it comes to sweaters, some with patterns and fancy stitch. Cardies and fleeces with embroidery and applique but some decent plain colours and styles as well for ladies. Limited choice of styles for men (just plain lambswool sweaters at the moment). No childrens wear although smaller sizes will fit older/bigger kids

Prices are very keen at present e.g. some of the ladies cable jumpers that were £20 are now just £5 and the embroidered sweaters start from £10.

There is also a sale online at tulchanonline.co.uk as well as regular stock. I also picked up an Autumn brochure for full price stuff and if you order online before 20 September quoting TACSEP10 you will get 10% off orders. P&P is also free if you spend over £50 (after postage discount where applicable). I'll also put the code on the relevant thread.

In addition to the factory shop there is also a shop at Woodbridge in Suffolk (31 The Thoroughfare IP12 1AH) where they may well have sales too although this shop seems to be more about promoting new season stock.

Yes, there is one just North of the Tyne Tunnel. They are currently constructing TT2, so am not sure how you get to it now. Will find out and respond!
