BT Dongle on Broadband packages?

Does anyone know if the BT dongle is available only to new subscribers at £49.99, or is available to existing subscribers on the BT Broadband Option 1 and above packages on the same basis?
No free lunch, and no free laptop

i dont know if you realise but you can get dongles from the major phone networks for about 15p/m 18months contract and the dongle comes free, have recently been using it on the laptop on the move and its great, im with t mobile. There are times when the connection is slow but for the price and flexibility i.e. no wires etc its well worth it.0

Yes I'm aware thanks, but it's for a friend and she wants a non-contract dongle for the odd week when away using a netbook.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
