Yes,I got a busy tone last week. It's back up and running now. Does this still work on O2? I got charged a couple of months ago and started using 0844 numbers(they're also counted in inclusive mins). I've been using my Orange phone and so far it's been working.

I was unable to get through to a Simplyphone 07744 number or any 0844 numbers, I took out the sim card and the put it back in again waited a few mins and turned the phone back on again, it worked ok after that on the 0844 number, just tried the 07744 number and it works fine.

I started using simplyone last week, checked my bill yesterday and was charged by vodafone. :eek: I called vodafone, they explained I should have checked with them and when I asked they offered to pay half the charges. I politely but firmly persisted, armed with consumer confidence from this site :money: , saying that it seemed like a normal Uk mobile to me (as apposed to a mobile phone registered abroad) and they gave me the total charges. :T
I told the person assisting me about this site as well so that he can save some money. :cool:

07744 numbers only work from Orange.O2.and Virgin inclusive x-net minutes,and O2 payg inclusive/bolt on x-net minutes.

They are charged by 3,Voda,T-Mob.(It clearly states on SF site that Voda will charge for calls to them)

If you continue to use them from Voda they are unlikely to refund you again . :eek:

To be on the safe safe, make just a short call using this system then check the bill. If they’re free great! If not, don’t use it again. Also if you’ve go over your inclusive x-net calls allowance they are chargeable.

Not any more they cant.
