I have sucessfully managed to cancel my 3 mobile broadband contract after much trying!
I argued my case that due to it never really working i hardly used any of my allowance, dont bother with the Indian call center as they dont budge, go through to cancellations but do not agree to pay the early termination fee and they might look into it further.
I was promised a call back within 24 hours and got one within half an hour and all was sorted at last.
This has not been easy as i have had it escalated twice to higher management for cancellation and been refused twice, but do not give up!
I am now with Orange and it works really well so far so good.
