Guys
sorry to add to such a long thread. I have just had an alert from Credit expert, and the creditor who has lost the CCA has changed my history to
]

which I think means they think I am 3 months behind payments instead of 2. I have actually been making reduced payments to them via an agreed arrangement within DMP for nearly a year...but anyway
Should I write a letter to them, stating I do not recognise the debt, and want my credit file to be adjusted to reflect the account as in dispute?
(for info my credit file is stuffed due to lots of other creditors...)
thanks
