    Hi

Are any of the accounts concerned taken out prior to April 2007, as they are the ones for which there is legal precedent.

As per RAS post, do you have any agreements take prior to 2007?

Nothing there to suggest that you took out the card?

That could just be random T&C's for any card.

    hi guys

yeah apart from this account all my debts were incurred prior to april 2007

10past6 I think it was gave me some good advice of dealing with 1 at a time, as I now have T'S AND C'S everywhere.

before I move on to Lloyds (2005) Credit Card, is the general view that for H'fax even though there is nothing to prove I have taken the account and it is just random t's and c's, ont he basis the experien report says jan 08 I shuld accept this one, and crack on and pay?

    cheers

You need some sort of evidence that these T&cs relate to an account you owe, not just some ramdom t&cs. But do not stop paying this one yet.
