I use 123 or my own domains. I keep my favourites in a mysql database - I have 376 domains stored and of those 27 have a hyphen.http://www.webdesign.org/web/site-maintenance/domain-registration/choosing-domain-names---hyphens-or-not.12904.html

All sorted! As first suspected it was a problem with the user. Sometimes though this is the most difficult to overcome!
You can say a computer is useless but not really a user especially when they are a friend!
