Checking if a website is OK in the USA

Hi, my friend has set up a web site & has e-mailed a link to their friend in USA. Their friend says that they cannot see site.
I have got them to contact their provider who claims everything is OK.
How can I check? Is there anyone on here from USA to see if they can see it OK? Or any other country?
The address is www.rosie-w.com
I know it should work but just want confirmation.
Thanks

Web isn't country specific, if you can see it in the UK, you should be able to see it anywhere in the World that's not censored. It loads 3 paintings on mine. It can take 24 to 72 hours for a new domain to propagate over the name servers on the internet, so if it's new give it a couple more days.
You could even connect via a US proxy server to see if it works, http://www.publicproxyservers.com/0 -
My company uses a US Proxy Server.
I can see the website load up ok

I've user Tor to route a connection via the US, and it loads fine. As isofa says, it's extremely rare for a website to be accessible only in certain countries unless there are intellectual or legal restrictions on the content.0

Thanks everyone. Like I said I didn't think there was a problem but it is difficult to tell someone it might be them when you don't know what they are doing.
I will suggest they try again!

It's a tad unusual to have hyphens in a url so the chances are they missed it out when they typed it.0

Idealy you should own both.
Aparently hyphens are better for SEO and there are some domains would be better of with hyphens.0 -
