You should be able to claim Second Adult Rebate in these circumstances. Contact your local Council for details and/or see

Spot on, see my comment above. Had I not known that the OP's son was signing on I wouldn't have been able to advise a claim for Second Adult Rebate.0 -

I have sent off an email to my council asking for second adult rebate forms to fill in.
