As has already been said, I would go for Greece, but the most child friendly place I have ever been is Italy. It's not by accident that Italy has child product regulations that exceed the EU and British standards.
I know it's an expensive place to visit, but you would be treated particularly well and it would take you hours to get anywhere with people cooing over your baby.
I don't have kids myself, but I loved that children were welcome everywhere I went to and were adored by all the staff in the restaurants.0 -
we went to greece in june before and we were roasting hot, even in the middle of the night. i would go for spain, not too far and warm but not boiling.MSE convert, trying to save the pennies!:T Darling Z born 03/06 and Darling M born 03/09. I make gorgeous boys :T0

TBH at 2.5 months old - the only child friendly factors you need to consider is the journey & how pushchair friendly the hotel/resort is. Also due to bottles & need for sterilising would perhaps go for self catering accom - much more practical
Wherever you choose... enjoy!! Come next years holiday you wont be able to sit still for more than 2 mins

I went to the USA with my son when he was 9 weeks old. He was fine the whole time on the flights & the 6 weeks we were there. I swapped him to US milk & nappies etc with no problems (wasn't faffing with carting it all out there!)
Also did Spain & Portugal & Canaries before he was 2. We found self-catering was better, & always went out of season - April or October.
It's once they hit their teens you need to worry coz you can't 'control' them like babies! LOL! :j:D:beer::eek::A:p:rotfl::cool::):(:T0 -
The greek island of Zakynthos is fab, really family friendly and will be warming up nicely now.
We've been 3 times to the resort of Tsilivi. The people are so friendly, love children and its clean too, it has bars, and a couple of nightclubs if you want to search them out but its not noisy or rowdy, the restaurants are lovely and theres a couple of large supermarkets. Its nice and flat for buggy pushing purposes and the beach is soft and sandy, with a gently sloping seabed, although i doubt he'll be paddling this year!
We go self-catering, and there are plenty of places to eat,a MacDonalds opened a coupla years ago too.
End of June is hot but not blazing (that i've experienced) and we've never had a problem sleeping as the temperatures drop more at nighttime than you tend to find in Spain.
We're doing work to the house this year but guaranteed we'll be booking to take our little boy next year.
Hope you find somewhere nice! When you get to the end of your tether, tie a knot and hang on.0 -

I am thinking more about ibiza... but not the party part.

I missed the bit about going in June...sorry0 -
Greece, every time for me - Crete is lovely, especially the south. Pay a bit more for air con if you want to be sure of comfort. We had many, many lovely family holidays in Greece - and it didn't hurt that the children were white-blond!
That said, I'd just encourage you to do what you feel comfortable with - for the first 10 years we didn't go abroad, but camped in the UK - because we live in a lovely place, and within 40 miles have fab beaches/resorts and could always come home if the weather turned dicky or if we needed a washing machine! We were also skint, which prompted the investment in a caravan and strong interest in local holidays!Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0 -
Corfu is also a beautiful island, Paleokastritsa is a beautiful resort, with lovely beaches and a small harbour.Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before0
