Antivirus for Win98se

Does anyone know if there are any antivirus products that still work for Win98se?

I am trying to find one for someone who is still using Win98, they are going to get a new computer soon but need something to protect them in the meantime.

They were using AVG 7.5 but that is not being supported now.

I tired Avast but it won't update properly. Any others I have found won't work for Win98.

aparently avira antivirus still works on 98, not entirely sure though as i dont have windows 98 to try it on.

Clamwin says that it supports Win 98

ive had clamwin and had a lot of viruses getting through

Thanks, I tried Avira too but they don't support 98 either.

Yes, Avira's FAQ specifically states that Antivir does not support Win 98 - http://www.free-av.com/en/pages/22/faq.html

Yes I know Avast does but for some reason it installs but program won't update, think it is a memory problem
