Oh gutted, hope you get your money back
We're going with Jet2 and we've definitely got 2 hold bags and 2 hand bags. 2 weeks to go, so excited! :j:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy :heart:

we have just returned from holiday booked through flexibletrips, was booked on easy jet only went for 3 days
so only one suitcase, but when booking in l was told that l had been booked for 2 cases, no one had mentioned cases
so am now trying to get my £16 pounds back, so please make sure you only book for the cases you take.
When booking with flexible trips they automatically add 1 suitcase each in the price, unlike cresta or thomas cook cities you have to add it on as extra with them. Unfortunately i cant see you getting your money back as you've already travelled but good luck.0
