Has anybody used this company? How did you find them?
Thomas cook use them so I'm thinking they must be legit but just wondered if you had any problems with anything?
Thanks in advance

They are Thomas Cook.... just another sub brand :j :j0

They are the part of Tcook which puts flights, accom, n transfers together, you have which bits you want. Think the prices are the same whether you book via flexibletrips.com or in a thomascook shop and you may get a better deal in the shop as they can negotiate prices, i have done this myself. I have used them several times for me and my parents just have to be careful if it seems to good to be true it probably is. ie went to spain last year n paid £5per person per night for sc accom expecting it to be you get what you pay for i wasnt wrong lol, but if its in a tour operators brochure or on the gazzateer and it sounds n looks alright it probably is. The low cost carriers are dearer than doing it direct but if you have a problem with part of it you have thomas cook to fall back on with your complaint. Have you seen something in particular you want advice on.0

Thanks, didn't realise they were part of Thomas cook.
I've found a holiday in Tenerife, 4 star self catering, just short of £500 for 2 adults, which I think is really good, best I've found anyway. The hotel has got really good reviews on tripsdvisor so think I'll book it tomorrow.

Be careful... prices can shoot up (as well as down*) so if you're happy I would book tonight it does seem a good price!! Have you tried searching through pigsback, it says you will save 10% off holidays but that seems far too generous to me
You would get 500 points if nothing else...! :j :j0 -
Thanks for that!

I can't book it tonight unfortunately as my laptop isn't working and I can't access my bank on my phone, so can't transfer the money into the current account. And for some reason I cant log into pigsback either on my phone, weird. My laptop will be back up and running tomorrow so shall book it through pigsback, thanks again

I booked through Thomas Cook, I asked her if she would match the 10% discount pigsback were offering but when she checked, the price was £531 if you went through pigsback, so wasn't a discount at all really! Thanks anyway mrme, I wouldn't have asked for any discount if I hadn't know about that

She did give me a 5% discount so paid £446 for 7 nights, self catering in a four star hotel in Tenerife for 2 people, I am happy

Hi who are pigsback.
Glad you got a good deal, dont forget your 1% cashback on your euros at thomas cook and ask for their best rate as well.0 -
I've booked with them and as per some replies they are part of the Thomas Cook group, one thing is they have an awful customer service dept. It cost me £11 in phone calls to pay the balance bill. I have since found out that if you take a print out of the online quote into a thomas cook branch they match the price and then you have a face to face contact. I tried phoning on the say no to 0870 numbers but they just refused to take the call. I'm confident the holiday will be okay! Hope you have a great holiday too.0

steph - https://www.pigsbacks.com - it's a cashback site, they give points though. There's a thread about it in the freebies section

andycee - Thanks
I paid it in full today in Thomas Cook, she was on hold for a good ten minutes to them though! So glad I didn't have to ring them! Think happy & you'll be happy
