Agree with the ventilation tip, from Catrina & also the vacuuming.
I go a step further, too, when it's off the bed to turn, I whack it with a broom handle!!(seriously!)
That REALY scares the dustmites - in fact, you can hear them running off, as soon as I pick up the broom!!

Exhausted just thinking about it!have done mine, and intend to try every 6 weeks. was knackered after though. also i have put numbers on, so i know where i'm going with it. side to side first, top to bottom next. did the kids ones too.
I know a friend said she was certain she could cope alone when she worked out how to turn the mattress by herself, but I don't remember what her system was.
We don't turn ours nearly often enough because even with two of us it nearly finishes me off.
Is it the kind of thing you could phone a friend for, 160?
And I reckon you know it's time for a new mattress when your first thought on getting back home after a few nights away isn't "How nice to be back in my own bed!"Signature removed for peace of mind0
