we have just made a claim for bank charges against nationwide and filled in a means form. we are 3 months behind with the mortgage and have some other loans bills etc which we are getting behind with and nationwide having this information have sent us a letter back asking us to let them know what caused out hardship and when it began and to provide evidence. well i thought we already had provided that with the means form and what caused it is the fact there is a recession and our earnings have dropped. I get the impression they are just delaying for time. Any advice out there please!

Did the cause begin because of a loss of employment, ie charges started because of a reason so losing a job, having a baby(cos you spend more), separation(again a loss of income). Earnings have dropped is the reason but is it because of a lack of hours(reduced hours)?we have just made a claim for bank charges against nationwide and filled in a means form. we are 3 months behind with the mortgage and have some other loans bills etc which we are getting behind with and nationwide having this information have sent us a letter back asking us to let them know what caused out hardship and when it began and to provide evidence. well i thought we already had provided that with the means form and what caused it is the fact there is a recession and our earnings have dropped.
