Hi I currently have Sky+ with multiroom subscription at £32 a month (£21 viewing package + £10 multiroom).

I am looking at adding Telephone and Broadband in a bid to save money each month.

I currently pay
£17 for my telephone (anytime includes line rental)
£15 for my Broad Band
£31 for Sky+ and Multiroom

Can anyone tell me how much I could save and what special offer packages are currently available please?

I cant go anywhere else as we dont have 'cable' in our area.

Many thanks

:)

With Sky you would get line rental £10 + sky talk anytime £5 + Sky BB mid
£5 plus your current TV pack £31.50 = £51.50/month plus any 'connection
charge's, I think Sky would charge a one off £30 for the BB mid
That compares to your existing £64.50, but some calls are expensive on
Sky, the comparison is for mid broadband, you could get a further £5/month reduction if 2m/2Gb broadband is all you need, but the connection charge is £60, also assumes at current £17/month
your landline includes an anytime time calls plan ( if it doesnt your paying too much)

Sky Talk Freetime @ £0 per month might be a better option if you don't use the phone during the day Monday to Friday.

Also, I think Sky are keen to increase their customer base for phone service, so you might be able to blag a deal on the phone service. I managed to get 12 months free line rental (worth £120) plus 6 months free Sky Talk Unlimited (worth £30) simply by calling to "discuss my options for cutting my costs". Granted, I had to open the bidding by asking about Sky Talk and what that could save me, but if you don't ask then you don't get...
