3 Refer a friend

Anyone successfully referred a friend with 3. I recommended my Mum in August but still have not recieved £30 off of my bill as promised. They did say it would take a while, but this is taking the mick.

I would call them but I can't understand them very easily (not the staff's fault to be fair as they are based in India) and they refuse to deal with emails, asking me to call instead!

    I've successfully has Refer a friend paid out. It should hit your account around the 2/3 months into the new contract. If it doesn't then refer a friend hasn't been properly logged against your order. Did you do it over the phone or online direct with 3, not through a 3rd party? I would definite get them to confirm the RAF number on the original order, there is no reason for the delay and its simply a credit to the account, so someone from billings should be able to apply it directly.

    Did you meet the conditions for RAF?
    Recommend-a-friend

    Terms and conditions: Referred friend must buy direct from 3 quoting your friend's 3 mobile number. Offer must be mentioned at time of order as it can't be applied later. Credit amount to be applied to each account (the new and existing customer account) will be
    (1) £30 for each new successful customer connection to a Pay Monthly price plan on an 18 month minimum term contract;
    or (2) £15 for each new successful customer connection to a Pay Monthly Mobile Broadband price plan on an 18 or 24 month minimum term contract.
    Credit will be applied to both accounts 60 days from new customer's connection. Credit will not be applied to either customer's account if referred friend is in arrears or disconnects from the 3 network. Credit will not be applied if existing customer is in arrears. The recommender and the person being recommended cannot be the same person. Existing customer must be a current 3 customer on either:
    (a) any Pay Monthly price plan;
    or (b) a Pay Monthly Mobile Broadband Price Plan.
    Credit cannot be redeemed for cash for any reason. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including credit-back). Offer available for a limited period.

    August?!

    It takes 60 days and you won't get it if either account was in arrears during that 60 day period.
