UPVC door lock replacement

Hi Is it possible to replace a multi locking point lock on a upvc door with a five lever mortice approved lock? Any idea of the cost to have one fitted? Thanks.

I had to have the mechanism replaced in my UPVC door over Chrsitmas as it was locked shut and wouldn't unlock. It cost about £120 including fitting.
