3 Harrassment using my call numbers

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem that I have encountered...
Basically, 3 Customer Services have been using my personal call numbers, to try to contact me, to persuade me to stay with them. I did not authorise them to use any other numbers apart from my home and mobile number. When I complained, they say that the number I qouted wasn't theirs, although when I checked the web and called it back, it states that it is the 3 contact number!!!
I'm trying to get my contract terminated 2 months early without a penalty, and wondered if anyone else has experienced this.
Sorry if I've rambled on a bit, this is my first post...

Its not really harrasment in my opinion - these personal numbers must have been given to Three somehow - as for getting out of contract - guess its 2 or 3 month termination fee.0

I don't think I should have to pay a termination fee, after the way they've reacted.
They've clearly invaded my privacy by using my call list to phone people I've been in contact with this week (one being my Manager's Mobile, very embarrassing for me). There is no way they could have got hold of these numbers any other way. They have offered no formal apology and have been sending over 10 messages a day at their best over the last month, sometimes after midnight!
I certainly will not be renewing my contract and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.0 -
3 are probably the worst network for customer service in the UK. When the time comes ya should just cancel, And move on. I'd recommend O2.0
