Iphone and Itunes nightmare

Are you syncing anything else (such as photos or contacts)? If so, turning that off might help things.
Also, make sure there isn't a little window hidden behind iTunes waiting for you to click "OK".0 -
very strange...plugged it in this morning (in a different usb port) was still the same..ran a diagnostic test same as i did last night and it came back as fine..then everything started working and am at the mo downloading the new iphone software to my phone!
