thanks very much for that
i read a review somewhere else that suggested they were giving the less modern rooms to the special offer guests - cheeky!
K:)
you get what you pay for I guess.
If you paid rack rate, you would probably expect slightly more than if you have picked up a cheap £10 night!“All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.” Charles M Schulz0 -
Thanks for that, have 3 nights in Crewe during school holidays for £30! Yay!0

I agree that people paying more would be disappointed if someone got a similar standard of room for cheaper, but I do think unless its made clear from the outset that the cheap rate for a "standard double" will likely get you a non-refurbished room it isn't that fair on the purchaser. Particularly the review I read, the guest had been told rather bluntly that if you pay less, you get less, which from a customer service point of view is pretty cheeky!
I'm just thrilled to be getting a holiday for two for £30!:ji can never think of anything witty to write :rolleyes:0 -
Does anyone know of any of the Londonish hotels are convenient for Stansted Airport? Thanks.0

I'm thinking of doing this but I have 4 children so would want to book 3 rooms. Just checking that they will be ok with that though? Does anyone know if they have an "adult must be in room rule?!"

Our eldest 2 are 13 & 11 so they could share and then DH and I could split and take a younger one each.0 -
we stayed at sunningdale last weekend 2 adults, 2 children in a family room. they had a double bed, and 2 addtional foldup beds for the kids. A bargain for a tenner!0

We've stayed at a number of different Deveres Hotels in the past with this £10 or £19 offer and that has never been the case for us.
Thanks OP for posting.0 -

As have we, and have always got a nice modern room. (I do always ask for an upgrade though, well if they're quiet why the heck not?
)
Thanks for this post OP - couldn't resist and have booked a night
