On average.

I have no plans to buy at present, hun (do I know you? - I don't believe we've met, but your matey greeting suggests I must be wrong on this ) as we will be moving to a different area, but have no idea where at present - and don't plan to stick a pin in a map just to satisfy your house-buying urges...
