More than the last one :D

Full size lasting fix mascara, high gloss nail polish, sheer moisture lipstick and a solo eyeshadow. The colours I got were quite nice, the eyeshadow is walnut pearl and looks lovely. Glad I got that as I'm not brave enough for the bright pink one on the poster!

Oh thanks, that sounds fab. I have that bright pink solo eyeshadow - applied wet it makes a great eyeliner and dry it makes a lovely shimmery blush (So long as you build it up gently!), I've even mixed it into lipbalm when I've run out of gloss on the move for a bit of colour. I'll have to get that GWP then.

Just looked on the Boots site and was thinking about buying another bottle of Intelligent colour foundation as I picked one up at a boot sale the other day and it's really good. No wonder at £14.40  I got a bottle for 50p unused...think I'll forget that one as the No7 GWP isn't of much use to me. Now had the next voucher been a £5 off No7 cosmetics I would have bought it!

Hi. Yes, it's a 1/2 price sunglasses voucher with a £5 spend. It says it's redeemable against Sunglasses & Boots Opticians Prescription sunglasses, valid until 21st of June.

Morning all. Popped into my local this morning and it was rubbish as expected. Clearance still the same as always. The mens reduced products have all been cleared from the shelves so maybe they'll appear somewhere else shortly, who knows.........

There were still some photo albums reduced and I managed to find a med body butter for 49p but apart from that I just got a meal deal and a couple of mini Gorgeous Feet products using a 200pts vch, which again had to be added manually.

My acm vouchers were much the same as already mentioned, as were my OH's, nothing earth shatteringly exciting. I saw the limited edition no7 products, they look very nice. The gwp also looks ok but I think the last one was nicer and I don't think I'll be rushing to spend over £20 just to get one this time. The 17 gwp looks nice too and for a much more reasonable £5 spend..................

I agree! I think i'm gonna make that store my first port of call from now on. I rarely used to go up that side of town but now HB has opened it's double the reason to make the trek up there.

Do you (or anyone else for that matter!) ever go to the Boots near the market? Not even sure if it's still there? Bit far away from work for me, but wondered if it was worth the extra walk for better bargains?
    TIA

    Regarding buying glasses:

I was looking at prescription eyeglasses online (not the boots site yet), and in the order section it asked if I want the lenses for general use/TV OR for reading/computer use. I use mine for the computer (don't need them for reading) AND to watch TV. The ones I've gotten in the past have always been "for computer use" but lately I need them to watch TV as well and hadn't realized there was a difference in the lenses. Does anyone know what the difference is?
  • Just back from a quick trip to the Bolton Shipgates store and got the following:-

Jemma Kidd Ultimate Set of Brushes - £4:90
This is 75% off. A lovely pink tub with 5 brushes. Her brushes are really good quality so I think this is a good price.
Nails Inc Polish in South Molton Street (pale pink) and Victoria (Dark Cherry) £1:25 each
Nails Inc Nailcare Duo - Downing Street for weak and bendy nails £1:75
    No7 Exfoliating Sponges - 98p
    No7 Facial Sponges - 98p
    Kiss 4 Way Nail Buffer - 53p

Really pleased with all my bargains. I spent a total of £11:64 and saved over £33

    Hi all

Went into my local boots today, not much in the way of bargains really. But did get some fake nails that were reduced to £1.7x plus bogohp by nailene also got some nu nail creame? Was £3.2x paid 60p , same old same old on the clearance and no new 17gwp or natural collection gwp. Wasnt that tempted by the no7 gwp , maybe if there is a great glitch and only cause id quite like points voucher.

    see ya
