Are boots copying tescos and giving points for bag reuse then?? I see someone mentioned it, but ive never heard if this in any of my locals.
Ages ago (easter time-ish maybe) my AMC gave me a voucher for a free Boots bag and the SA said if you use the specific boots re-usable (tesco style) bags then you get an extra point. I've since misplaced mine :rotfl: .... But I use reusable ones anyway because the handles don't cut into your hands.0 -

I can't understand why anyone would report your post. You said nothing wrongIt's strange how posts dissappear from this thread.

just wanted to say if anyone left their Boots card in the machine in High st Brum yesterday - with lots of points on it -I did return it to the staff and they will send it back = points intact to Head Office - you should be able to get it replaced!Back to comping! July wins: Frylight August wins: Pixar DVD, Diesel Watch,£75 hamper brioche products September wins bath soak
Thanks to everyone who posts comps and help :beer:0 -
The Boots reusable bag is the blue one with the butterfly on, not the Gorgeous bag. The tills have a button which will automatically award a point without scanning the bag, I know this as in my local, the SAs do this for me.
The bag costs 10p for initial use and you have to ask for it in some stores as they don't all keep them out on the floor.0 -
Just read somewhere else that the Boots £5 off wys £30 is fine to use in Tesco's. Tried to use it in Boots this morning and the till accepted it, but the £5 didnt come off the total. Shopping came just over the £30, so gave this coupon first, till didnt beep. Total came to £17 after other coupons for hair loss spray and nappies came off, SA said the reason why was because the final total was less than £30. Really a cheat cos you dont get the coupon back. So I shall be using mine in Tesco's.0

There was nothing in the content that was abusive, offensive or malicious in any way. If someone has a problem then I would rather they came out with it rather than going behind my back and reporting it. Im sure someone in the know can help me out. Thank you. Oh I have already emailed Abuse and am awaiting their reply
Same thing happened with some of my posts. I too fail to see why.
Mine were not any of those things either, so perhaps its just a system glitch Mollie?
I have seen posts here one minute and gone the next, often for no apparent reason.
Continue to post as usual and wait for the abuse team to get back to you. I do hope you get it sorted.
If it helps I saw your recent posts and didn't see anything amiss, but then I am a teddy!
I have one Expert voucher left and may use it on the hair serum someone mentioned here?
Hope it works, (both glitch and serum) as all this funny weather is playing havoc with my fur!
If not then I have my eye on some of the Expert Whitening Mouthwash x 2.
Thanks to all the girls who worked out the Expert glitch for us and here is to many more to come.0 -
H...Keep you receipt showing that the UG range that is reduced does work with the £2 voucher. I showed it to the SA and she simply put through as £2 boots coupon
I've started keeping glitch receipts in my brag book to show to unaccommodating SAs should they refuse to allow a transaction to go through. I've been sucessful so far.

Now that's very smart, I shall have to remember that tip!
Just had to e-mail Boots CS again, the 500 points they awarded me for the awful "over there" experience in the stevenage branch never actually added to my card even though I did as they said and put it in the ACM.The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Hi, i did this combo in Merrion Centre on Fri...
Expert Hair Loss Treatment @ £6.65
Expert Eye Makeup Remover @ £2.98
Expert Facial Wipes @ £2.24
total £11.87
PAID£1.88
This was before i knew about not needing to actually spend the full £5.
All the Expert Haircare SELs were still showing full price & no 1/3 off POS up but the voucher did take the full £9.99 off the total so i would guess that YES, it does work in that store.
