About par for the course from you lot to be honest, sat at home everyday (when you are not slaving of course icon7.gif) saving up your deposits. I do find it bizzare that you actually think it is smart to live in London :rotfl:

I have had a lot experience of trying to get sub-letting, non resident tenants out and I can tell you it is unbelievably difficult.

A couple of 20st plus bodybuilding/powerlifting chums and a dark alley usually can sort out these arrangements quickly and ammicably. :money:

Not a great gambling day, but I backed the Parkes one at 6-1 and the fav in the last (backed the winner and just about got my money back icon7.gif) could not believe that was a dead heat  Merlin easily looked like the winner. Again the sun shined on Chester races, so a good day had by all, hope you enjoyed it.
