Grrr, Nationwide Internet Banking Down

Last time the website was done but internet banking was working.

Today, the internet banking doesn't work but the website does

Earlier I managed to log on but one account was missing and the others had a balance of N/A. Couldn't access any transactions either.

Now I can't even logon.

I'm very pleased I don't use Nationwide as my main current account. Never had any problems like this with HSBC.

I have been trying since just after 6 this morning. First time I managed to log in my Flex account said balance of N/A and my savings accounts did not even show up.

Really annoying - its my main account and I have DDs going out in the next few days so need to transfer from savings to current. I bet they still manage to do the DDs even though I can't do my transfer - then they'll try and sting me for fees for going OD!!

The site came back online at about 9:20 this morning. Someone must have only just arrived at work at 9am

I managed to use my online accounts yesyerday but today they are all down. I can sign on but I cannot access my acounts, it just says N/A I have not had this before and am wondering if anyone else has this problem today..

I've seen N/A in the wee small hours when they're doing their batch updates of overnight transactions. It looks like they're still having difficulties.

I've just tried again but N/A still showing on accounts. My A&L internet banking is down too. Wonder if it's a major fault covering other banks. Does anyone know if the ATM systems are working?

I've just called them. They say it's down and they don't know when it will be back up. Pity the 'Service Availability' page says it's ok. :mad:

I used it at 9:15 and it was OK.

I logged in just now and the CC balance shows OK but the banking and savings show as N/A.

Mind you, at least that's better than Egg, which just shows an incorrect balance when they mess up!
