Something is definitely going on there this week. I had 2 non issue queries yesterday which never happens. I got the same person both times -it was hard hiding the fact I thought they'd gone nuts.

THERE ARE SOME MORE MCE HAIR ONES ON NOW!!! I can see Bromley, Ilford, Tunbridge Wells but I'm guessing there are more nationwide
Very odd as I searched outside my area and it said I am not eligible for any jobs whatsoever

I definitely went to the right branch and I got no error message either...but as it was my first one then perhaps I did something wrong.

I will phone tomorrow as you all advise, and thank you for your advice...everyone is so friendly and helpful on here :D.
How did you get on? Hope all ok?

Same for me! I'm female, married, mid 30s, no kids and have (very) long hair. I don't remember how much of that they know! I haven't done any jobs at all for MCE!

:rotfl: I am 33 with 3 kids and never done a job for them either, it might be an age thing I guess, I did see a haircut yesterday (it was already taken though ) and the age for that one went up to 65 so not sure if this client would want younger models :p

I spoke to them about this this morning as I'm in the same general area as TG.
I'd actually called them yesterday as I'd registered with them months ago-turned out I'd been "glitched" and wasn't showing properly on the system so they sorted it-so had the perfect excuse to call today to check all was fine as I couldn't see a job near me that I knew was there.
I was told jobs go out to nearest rated shoppers first -ie certain geographical range plus previous rating comes into play too but a limited number so less "fastest finger first"-if they aren't picked up they broaden the criteria. I didn't think to ask about age for the hair assignments though.

I've picked up a couple of expired jobs on RE. I've sent them a message through the 'Contact me' but was wondering how long it is likely to take them to get back to me? Not sure if it would be better to ring them.
