I did my 1st assignment on Friday for GfK (a bank) and all went well, but even though I came home and did the report within the stated time and submitted it, they have de-allocated the job and left a message along the lines that I didn't do it at all. What should I do please?
I got the business card, and also paid a bill (as they specified), so will that be proof enough that I did complete the assignment and that it was an online error with the report?0 -

Can you phone them tomorrow? I haven't had experience of this but I have phoned them several times with queries and they are really helpful. Sorry, I can't be of much help!SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65

I'd phone then asap and ask why they think you didn't do the assignment? Are you absolutely sure you went to the right branch? Did you get an error message of any kind when you submitted the report?ilovefreegle.org - give it away don't throw it away

I definitely went to the right branch and I got no error message either...but as it was my first one then perhaps I did something wrong.
I will phone tomorrow as you all advise, and thank you for your advice...everyone is so friendly and helpful on here

They would have contacted you with a query on the assignment if there was a problem with the report you submitted, not just de-allocated it.
You need to give them a call asap, there's obviously been a mix-up somewhere along the line.
Keep us informed as to how you get on.

Just done a GFK call (non-recorded) and submitted the report, the whole thing has taken just13 minutes, so even the the fee has dropped a little from last time I still think it was well worth doing!
Got a bank call later too, but that will be done when the kids are in bed as it says it could take 30+mins!
Got no other jobs lined up though
really wanted the MCE hair one, but yet again I was at work and missed it

They emailed me back to ask - was the member of staff male or female.

Something is definitely going on there this week. I had 2 non issue queries yesterday which never happens. I got the same person both times -it was hard hiding the fact I thought they'd gone nuts.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
