I have 10 in the main section and the 2 in the other counters section. It seems excessive for just a couple of pounds more than the express ones.

I got so confused doing one of these the other day. Didn't help it was a Friday morning when I visited, VERY busy, and blinkin' home-shopping trolleys blocking everywhere I wanted to go.

I wasn't sure what to visit and what not to, whether to take names & descriptions of every member of staff I encountered, etc. Someone on the old thread (I think) said that the most important ones are Customer Services, Till, Cafe and Petrol. When you do the questionnaire, you can just say that there were no assistants in that particular area and it takes you to the next section.

I really wish TNS would sort this out and let you actually see the questionnaire you will be filling in before you do the job and not just show you a generic one with all the departments ever in the history of the earth!

Oh..thanks for that, that's a load off, I thought the 11 pages were for the assignment, I guess it will be shorter once I actually go to input the info. But the not knowing is ridiculous.
For the cafe does it matter what you get? and obviously I won't put petrol in at the station for the petrol reimbursement so is a chocolate bar good enough?

    Thanks

I usually buy a bar of chocolate at the cafe, and a newspsper or gum at the petrol station. You can buy anything you like.

I got very excited at the weekend when I noticed people talking about petrol jobs on ABA i (I think!). I've just logged in to the site and all I have on my main page is a discount homeware store (they sell swords, i think...;)) and no visits there, either! Why is that the only store I see? others on here talk about DIY, chemists and the aforementioned petrol....?

    Any help appreciated

Guys, please read what others have posted to avoid duplicating alerts! Also, we need to stop being so specific in our alerts. All of us, me included, are a little too obvious in our alerts/discussions. I did consider simply posting "retail jobs on ABA-i" but seeing as their site works how it does, it might have been too difficult for people to find which client it refers to.

I mean, there really aren't many catalogue shops are there?!

Same as fruity phones should just be limited to "phones"
Out of this world electrical shops should just be "electrical shops"
"Black and white clothes shops" should jusdt be "clothes shops"
"Golden Arches" should just be "Burgers"
"Red and black supermarkets" should just be "supermarkets"

Ok, I've made some of these up, but you get my drift. We're at real risk of getting into trouble and/or getting the MS parts of this forum closed down if we don't put a stop to this.

    Sorry for whinging...

Log into ABA-I and have a look to see if any of the clients that you see have a red logo. Click into the ones that do and have a search.

If you can't see any red logos, ring or email ABA-I and ask if they have anymore clients that they can add to your account.
