Most occupancy is regarding trading from a property, being a registered ltd co. doesnt effect my mortgage terms at all and I dont think it would yours either.

I'm Ltd for my main employment and I have added the MS'ing to it, which is working well - but 've yet to submit my first accounts to see what I can/cant claim back on tax. It does appear that mileage can be added to tax deductions through Ltd route. It also avoids IR35 as I work for numerous employers.

RE: anyone else notice gap betting shops on RE - quite a good fee and small bet - could this be the start of many. I can see only 1 in London.

I dont have a mortgage I have a landlord and tenancy and hence this is not an option for me. If I went Ltd I would have to get premises to work from.
I guess you can claim VAT back off of anything you have bought as an expense as well. Not sure about other things but I would presume they must be all the same as with the other work you currently do so I would just be doing everything the same. Oh I might have misread this did you mean 1st accounts with MS included or 1st accounts as Ltd? My response was for the first thus do the same as before. Do you use an accountant to check before year end?

I am not seeing this and I have London as an area :mad:

Had my post today but still no big fat envelopes

I'm still waiting for a payment for a school pencil job on 30th Apr, as well as 3 catalogue shops (2 on 3rd & on 8th).

Its gone now, i thought there might have been loads and I missed them. I know that RE have other betting shops that are only for men, but these gap ones are for boys and girls.

I just dont think it was showing for me as apart from when RE goes down Ive had it open all day. thanks though - I will keep a look out.

I received another ABA-i envelope today, but am still missing two for this month. One of those I'm still waiting for is my catalogue store payment.
