TBQH, I'm not sure there's much point in going through the effort of writing a huge FAQ section. It's a great idea, but I just don't think anybody would read it, in the same way nobody seems to read the first post ATM...
Also - has anybody had an email from OB services, or does anybody work for them? I had an email from them at a @yahoo.co.uk email address (), but they were asking for reply to an address at @obmysteryshopping.com . I don't know what to make of this email... I'm thinking maybe replying to the email address given and asking if the email is genuine, since it's come from a yahoo address.Dan

The thing with the FAQ is that at least is someone else asks (for the millionth frickin time) how to add clients on to their account with ABAi, we'll have a dossier of how to do it, on the FAQ.
As for setting it up, it might be better to leave it to grow organically (sorry about the use of that word, it's the worst buzz word there is) and add to it as people as the FAQs.0 -

And yes I think that although peeps seem to have lost ability to read the first posts at least we can direct all easy queries here

Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to organize my spread sheet of mystery shopping but I just have a quick question:
In the "PAY" column, do I put the fee...or the actual amount I was paid as in fee+reimbursement?
Thanks!
xxxx
I would split that into "Fee" and "Reimbursement", just putting Pay will complicate thigns when you go and check what you've been paid into your bank account.0 -

Well to me the hygiene put me off returning more than the service,my attitude was, if front of house is so dirty what the hell goes on in the kitchens !!!! and other areas.
I have re-written it though and purely mentioned the service element
I have just done my report from this morning (carefully)
Couldn't take a picture without being quizzed by someone as it was inside a GP surgery and heaving
So have uploaded a stock photo of the gp surgery from internet
Do you think this is ok ? there was no signage outside the building anyway and they know I was there they have my receipt ?"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."
All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0 -
