I did a GAPburger job today. I spent £3.79 on a basic meal (not large, no extras etc). The max reimbursement is £3.40. What's the chances of me getting my extra 39p? I noted this in the comments of the report. Probably be sacked now
you will only get £3.40 iresepctive
even if the cheapest burger is £3.79 you wont get the full amount
a rip off considering you have to type up the report etc0 -

No chance whatsoever .
Doom & Gloom all round today lol. I've got one of those jobs tomorrow in the next town from me. I was out the other night when GAP phoned to beg & DH said "Yes, she'll do it". I came back & he was looking very pleased with himself for being so helpful. I asked him if he got a petrol/stamp/supermarket job as well......... hmmmm NO. So now have to travel 10 miles just to do it, can't find anything to tie in with it. No earnings there then & I don't even like the burgers that much. Oh well, he did try I suppose. He has now been well versed in how to accept golden arches jobs over the phone

From looking at the current questionnaire, my understanding was that you had to spend £4.50, whether you were posting something or buying something. But I may be wrong, only way to find out is for someone to try it and report back. In the past I have spent less and got the full reimbursement, but I think that is why they have put in the additional criteria of the minimum £4.50 spend.
It's fine to send several parcels or letters to make up to the amount specified, I usually post a few ebay parcels and have had no problems with reimbursements. Or you can post a parcel and buy stamps or items in the PO shop to make up the difference. You can spend over the amount also.
If it doesn't say pay by debit card, then you don't need to. Some jobs need to pay be DC, some don't, but the quiz won't let you pass unless you say you have one of the specified DC.
Thanks cte1111.
I've got a few items ending on ebay so will just use those to post.
one last question please: when I submit my receipt, do I use the POPs for each item or the receipt for the whole lot that you get at the end?
Sorry so many silly questions.don't want to mess up my first job.0 -

Not a successful day today!
Job 1: GAP betting shop - arrived and found the shop closed, and about 20 unhappy men stood around on the pavement not sure what to do with themselves.
Job 2: RE Pharmacy - the pharmacy is located in the Doctors, which doesn't open on Saturdays (even though they let me pick Saturday as a date!)
Jon 3: Another GAP betting shop. World's rudest member of staff and my horse didn't win.
Got drenched in a downpour walking to...
Job 4: A GR Phone shop. Lovely lady, highlight of my day.
Then when on my way home I went past job 1 again and it was open, so I went to do it. Service was ok.
Job 5: A RE phone call. Very friendly chap, but had to think on my feet when I said I'd just been made redundant from a company, and it turned out he really had been made redundant from that company.
Just got job 6 to go, a RE betting shop. Hope I win because I deserve it!Happy New Year :beer:0 -
Lol but the questionnaire is quick and easy! I have had to change the receipt time on many occasions. I just tell them at the end, that the receipt time was wrong and therefore I have had to put in a different time in the questionnaire in order for it to submit. The actual time on the receipt is xxx. I have never had a problem or query over it. You should be ok
The questionnaire has changed! You now have to select timing points (presumably so they can reject you if you get them wrong) AND give a narrative. I don't recall doing that previouslyEven if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -

Yes it has, but the OP was on about the beginning of the questionnaire where you have to put the receipt details in. The bit about selecting the timing points is easy as long as you have read the brief!SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65
