Never seen a drop down list on RE...?

You could always create a blank image in paint and upload that, then obviously you'd need to email them to explain.

At the end on the receipt upload page on all the phone jobs I've done theres been a drop down list about the receipt uploads. Never noticed it on the other jobs coz I've always had a receipt.

I used the drop down 'no receipt' option and I have received payment for my telephone call. To reassure you, all has gone through ok.

Yes, good luck - hope all goes well. I've always fancied doing Criminology. Did a bit when I was in Uni (but that was soooooo long ago lol).

I don't know if you have already got your reply to this but the answer is Yes. Someone had took an airoport job for them once and although they agreed that they could key in the results when they have returned from their holiday a week later; the system automatically blocked them if I remember correctly it was for getting 7 (-2) in a row.
Once they did their first job and got a 12 they were reinstated.

I created a document in Paint which says "This was a phone call so I do not have any receipts or paperwork" and I upload that in such situations.

Don't think they do this for just one cancelation -I had an airport that I'd agreed to key on arrival and my laptop got damaged enroute so couldn't. I expected to lose the job as I couldn't notify them but they were really good about it. I was able to report on return and got paid so my advice is if you're cancelling to talk to them and explain (as they are an MS co who do like to talk ). I've found them helpful -so long as they know what is going on. (I realise this poster is talking about multiple jobs but thought this was also relevent)

If there is no "no receipt given" option Dinah (love your diary btw ) I'd be tempted to take a photo of my phone and send them that
