That is so sad, I wouldn't know what to do without mine.
I always loved black cats, yours looks so cute, sorry you lost her......
I hope my Lucky brings me luck too, cheers:beer:, he was adondoned by his mum, who was a stray as a kitten, my hubby used to work in a steelplant where there were many strays, but this one was left all alone.
He is so affectionate and will sit on my shoulder and my head, he is not that big really lol.:A
Awwpoor Lucky...I'll bet he thinks he's lucky to have you! (we could go on forever with these "lucky" puns couldn't we? hehe)
Melinda was abandoned with her brother (Tavington) when they were kittens, someone put them in a rubbish bag and let the bin men take them  (luckily they were found). They were so nervous when we first got them but ater a few months they ruled the house  - but they never liked the sound of plastic bags poor babies!0 -

I'm really glad he helps your son, we had a cat that would sit with you when you were ill - wouldn't come near you otherwise
I could talk about cats all day believe me! I think I will start one on the pets and pet care board!0 -

Funny how you should say that, our cat when we ache, he tend to tread and works his paws in and its lush, its just like being massaged.;)

I think you are perhaps biased due to being in a position of a bank manager.
I also have the point of view that, people are aware that they will get charged for missing direct debits or going overdrawn, so just don't do it, that's why I have never bothered trying to claw back a few quid in bank charges, maybe I will at some point if I get round to it...
But as for PPI claims, I have to disagree with you, yes perhaps if people had read the T&Cs they would not be in the situation, but personally speaking I never ask for protection insurance, to me it is a waste of money. I never actually asked for it, so to find I had been charged THOUSANDS over a period of years, I was pretty annoyed, so I am going to nail them to the wall and get back every penny they took from me, for something I never asked for. Why did I not notice it sooner? Well when I queried it years ago I was told it was a standard charge or something! Hopefully I can get a transcript of that phone call
So its not all black and white, there are shades of grey...0
