I had an o2 contract and changed it over 3 years ago taking my number with me. I received a letter today saying I owed £60 from that time. Im sure I dont owe anything. There is no way I would have been allowed to keep my number if I owed money! Has this happened to anyone else and what was the outcome? I dont remember any bills or red letters from that time. I really pees me off that I have to spend hours trying to sort it out!

Have you called them? Doubt it would take hours for a quick call to find out why the £60 is there.
