I would get your sister to leave the booking live and just not go. And then maybe see if the others would be willing to replace the £50 between them...........especially if it p****s of the lead passenger!!!!

no i dont think she wants to go now anyway cos the lead passenger is being a cow.

i suppose my sister could just refuse to change her name lol, she is losing all the money anyway cos she cant go and cant cancel however there would be reprocushions i think , ie the girls may all turn against her.

this is one reason why i holiday alone, no one to argue with.. apart from the bartender when they tell me i've had too much to drink (never happened, i'm only joking)

if you get into a discussion with lead passenger, and yourself and your sister, and say, well, i've paid everything and it is only spending money i can't afford, hence me not going, your sister is getting a bargain, how about paying half of what i paid, which is what i'd get back from travel agent.. blah blah blah..

it is unfair to your sister to let her let someone else go just for a name change....
