    Brilliant!!

Now when will we begin to see purpose made tube 'bag holders' in jazzy colours on eBay, QVC and the like? Perhaps they could be made of recycled plastic bags!!

There must be an enterprising MSEer who can see themselves making their first £1m with these. Bags I (pardon the pun) 10% of the profits for the idea.

this has got to be the most useless thread ever :)

Holey moley. A whole minute to fold a plastic bag and save at most 5p.

That's fine if you value your time at less than £3 per hour, but even HM Govt values your time at twice that much (i.e., the minimum wage).

I can see Wilkinson stocking this as a budget model. They might need a larger range of colours perhaps and also sizes, before you get a large order.

With a bit more work, you might get your prototype ready for a wider market. Think about what an M&S customer would want. Imagine the advert........ 'This is not just a recycled loo roll centre carrier bag holder, it's an M&S ................. ' (fill in the blanks yourself).

How about a competition for the best design? Different designs for different shops?

C'mon everyone, who's up for trying to improve on shandypants5's bi-coloured retro-look bag holder?

I thought it was clever. Nothing new though as my daughters were taught to fold crisp bags up like that when they were at school. To save bin space apparently.
No, to keep the kids occupied whilst the teacher got the next bit of work ready.........:rotfl:
