Egg!!!!

Have just logged on to CC account with EGG to see that the interest rate charges reads "unavailable". Can anyone tell me if they have had this before with EGG and what it means? Advice please

Sorry I have no account with these, but hopefully someone who does have an account with them will check this out and post to confirm.

Hi Di, been out and just back in. Weather is awful!!! Just wondered what they were doing - don't know if it's because we are trying to get back the premiums and they not playing ball. Hope they not going to change the interest rate to something ridiculous:eek:

Sorry to hear this.

Have your tried to ring them to ask what is going on?

I know by ringing they could just say anything on the phone.....but maybe this is one to post on the above discussion thread, where hopefully someone who are with these - maybe able to help in this case.
I hope this gets resolved.;)

Hi there, thanks for that. They didnt increase your interest rate did they? As before I wonder if it's because we are reclaiming PPI back (OH has cover through his employment and we told them that) but they are insisting that we ticked the box on the online application!! Will keep an eye on it and see what happens Jo.

Have managed to post it on the discussion thread - I hope;) Have asked Marshallka to keep me posted with any developments and I will do same. Got a bad feeling about this one_pale_

Dont panic! It happens to me every month on and around the due date. My DD payment was today, and funnily enough it says not available as well. Give it 24hrs or so and it will show the normal rate for your account again. I don't know why it does that every month.

JOSOM, stop panicing, we don;t have a balance on that card and also we have not claimed against them. Must be normal for everyone.;)
