Suggestion for "thanked" threads

I think it would be a good idea that when you thank a thread, for instance in the comps, it shows on the thread list. Just like when you subscribe to a thread, there is a little tick.

I definitely think it would help when looking through the comps, so you don't spend time clicking on comps you may have already done.

I thank a lot of posts, I don't want all of them on my subscribed list!

dmg24 - I think you misunderstood what I meant. I didn't mean subscribe to every post you thank. Just suggested that a little icon appears, similar to the "tick" when you subscribe to a thread, so you can see you've already thanked it. And I was just using the comps board as an example, but it could be good for all the boards.

Here's what I mean, a little icon when reading the boards.

Yes, I did misunderstand. However, I still think it is a flawed idea. If I have thanked someone on a thread, I may still want to thank someone after that. Therefore the tick being there will distract from the new posts that still deserve thanks.
