I'll be around on the Saturday evening BB, although not drinking  or eating  or doing anything too strenuous

God being healthy is such fun....

I'm going to give up eating and drinking too.
I figure that if I do that, walk to work, cancel the tv, never buy any presents again and sit in the dark my SOA will just about balance.

Now Bookie, have you thought about selling your house and moving back home with your parents to save some cash :rotfl::rotfl:

Maz - I think I'd like to lose 2 stones from now. Although that thought is rather scary for some reason. Not the losing of it, the thought of being properly slim. I can't work out why. :o

Bookie :grouphug: if you feel up to it, you could always start a thread and post your SOA, see if we can help at all? Glass of wine to hand usually helps when posting first SOA. :)

Pap - thank you hun x

Inky, I could NEVER be described as either slinky or a runner hun :rotfl:

I've been described as "slinky" before...as in you could never tire of throwing me down the stairs...

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

It actually makes sense to sell the house Whatatwit but I do have a tent so won't move in with parents.

Vista blocked the popup so I lost the SOA. will have to do it again at some point.
