    nice one Snags :D

I really am amazed how many of you are trying CD - and staying sane!!! I'd be chewing a wall on the first day.

I'm really an all or nothing person - I'm finding giving up food altogether MUCH easier than traditional dieting.

I did quite well yesterday really to stop at just a stir fry. Usually once I break a diet, I break it massively, and then can't get back on the wagon.

It's drinking all the water that I find hard. Although I'm not drinking the amount you're supposed to, I'm sure. :o

if you drink it from a sports cap, then it's pretty easy to get the recommended gallons down yer neck...

500mls bottle is gone in minutes and i just refill it all day long.....

I'm in the hotel with erin on the saturday night.... chillaxing and watching DVD's on the laptop probably after we've eaten out somewhere....... and then running sunday am, and happy to find someplace with a family area for a few drinks in the afternoon... i'm sure it will carry on into the evening for some...

Me n erin will maybe go to cinema at night or something... wouldn't want her to have to sit in the pub for hours....

then not going home until 3pm train on monday, so not sure what we'll do on monday daytime........ any ideas?

I'll also be around on the Saturday night for anyone who fancies getting together the night before the race.

Where are you staying Maz? I'm trying to remember Days checkout time.......11am comes to mind.
